from Oslo. Drive through the Hallingdal Valley to the mountain resort
of Geilo. Lunch at Bardøla Mountain Hotel. Continue across
the wild Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau,
with stop at Fossli to view the famous Vøringsfoss Waterfall.
Descend to the idyllic Hardanger Fjord surrounded by many fruit
orchards. Short ferry crossing, before continuing via Voss and Dale
to Bergen, capital of Fjord Norway. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Enjoy guided tour of Bergen, including a visit to the popular Fish

9: Bergen-Balestrand |

The day starts with a scenic tour along the idyllic Hardanger
Fjord, before descending the Stalheim Canyon Road overlooking
the Nærøy Valley. Lunch and afternoon 3-hour cruise
from Gudvangen to Balestrand. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the
narrow Nærøy Fjord, followed by the
majestic mountain slopes of the Sogne Fjord, also
known as the King of the Fjords. Dinner and overnight at the historic
Kvikne’s Hotel, dating back to 1850, and beautifully nestled
on the shore of the Sogne Fjord. |

Ascend the Gaular Mountain Road, continue along the shores of Lake
Jølster
and descend to the beautiful Nord Fjord. Lunch at Briksdal, with
time to visit the famous Briksdal Glacier. Continue with a cruise
on the majestic Geiranger Fjord passing the Seven Sisters and Bridal
Veil Waterfalls. Disembark in the picturesque village of Geiranger.

Today we cross the steep Grotli Mountains to Lom, following along
the shores of Lake Vågå. Continue through the picturesque

river, to the Olympic town of Lillehammer. After lunch, time to
visit the Olympic Park. Continue alongside Lake
Mjøsa, to arrive back in Oslo during the early evening. Dinner

province of Vãrmland to Lake Vänern to Karlstad. After

North. Dinner and overnight in Stockholm. |
