AIR TRANSPORTATION is provided by Scheduled airlines. Terms and Conditions of the applicable
fare imposed by the airlines shall apply. Most tickets are Non-Refundable, Non-Endorsable and are subject to penalty for change after the tickets are issued. The airline tickets have no residual value for future travel. The itinerary guarantees the lowest available fares in effect at the time of booking the tour. Increases in fuel surcharges, security add-on fees and applicable airport taxes in effect at the time of ticketing shall appear on your final invoice.

TRANSFERS - Upon arrival at your final destination, transfer services between airports and hotels and vice versa, shall be provided including assistance and portage. All transfers shall be provided
for the group as a whole.

BAGGAGE - Airlines baggage rules shall apply. Limited to one check-in and one carry on baggage.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE - Passport and Visa fees, laundry, valet services, excess baggage and items of purely personal in nature. Tips for driver, tour guide, porters and hotel staff.

PAYMENTS - A deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is required no later than 60 days prior to departure date. All payments shall be made payable to Travel World Inc. by the passenger, or passenger’s agent, for the collection and remittance of tour payment. No other person is authorized to request, receive, or collect payments.

INSURANCE - Travel World Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of your luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. For your protection trip cancellation/ interruption, health, accident and loss of luggage, insurance is available and strongly
recommended. Payment for insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE.

PASSPORT & VISA All travelers must carry a passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure. All passengers are responsible for securing proper visas and re-entry documents.

RESPONSIBILITY Travel World Inc. d/b/a TRAVEL WORLD TOURS, its affiliates or subsidiaries, acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies. owners, operators, or contractors providing accommodations, transportations, meals, tours or other services and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by Travel World Inc. are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which the foregoing or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus companies, owners, operators or contractors. By acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing and agrees that Travel World Inc. shall not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any transportation, accommodation, meals, tours, or other services referred to herein or resulting from neglect or default of any person, firm, or corporation, or other entity engaged to supply the same. The tour operator reserves the right to withdraw a tour, to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time, or to make changes in the itinerary whenever, in circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the passengers. Travel World Inc. accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God or other causes. All such losses must be born by the passenger
